My name is Issiwa Wyntersky Isaksen. I own and operate Wynter Willow Beauty LLC. I am a licensed cosmetologist and Master Trainer with 11+ certifications in permanent make up, eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint, advanced brow mapping, and so many more. I have been doing Lashes and Permanent Makeup for over 8 years now. I am also the proud owner of Prescott Arizona’s 1st PLA Lash Supply store. Cancellation Policy
48 HOURS:
Please contact me before 48 hours to cancel, reschedule without a fee.
LESS THAN 48HRS:
Less than 48 hours notice you may cancel or reschedule your appointment with a fee equal to 50% of the service. Please contact me so we can discuss this.
NO SHOW:
Same Day, No show, no Call is 100% of the service charged to the credit card on file.
PERMANENT MAKEUP:
Permanent make up service:
I schedule a large blocks of time for permanent make up services. I ask that you keep the time in which you have selected. I allow PMU to be rescheduled at max 2 times before I will no longer be able to offer you the service.

LATE POLICY
If you are 10 minutes late or more, you must rebook your appointment and pay the no show fee. I book with very specific time to a lot for excellent work.
NO GUEST POLICY
Your appointment is a time to relax and unwind while receiving your services. Please turn your phone to silent. Please leave guests or young children at home as there are too many liabilities in the studio with the nature of the services I provide.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final.
LASH FILLS:
I do not offer foreign lash fills.There are too many inconsistencies. All new lash clients will receive a gentle lash extension removal and a brand new set. When booking a lash fill appointment you must have 40% retention and arrive to your appointment with squeaky clean lashes.
